Marvel Honors Chadwick Boseman With Special ‘Black Panther’ Intro On Disney+

Today would’ve been the 44th birthday for the late Chadwick Boseman, and Marvel Studios has found a really cool way to pay tribute to him. A new Marvel stinger intro has been placed ahead of the Disney+ version of Black Panther, one that replaces characters from all across the MCU with images and clips of Boseman, both in character and just as himself. The immortal words “Wakanda Forever” are displayed prominently, as well, across a royal purple backdrop that matches aspects of Black Panther’s color scheme.

Between this and watching Boseman’s final performance in Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom today, memories of him definitely brought a tear to my eye. My guess is it’ll do the same for you.  Check it out below.
