The Hottest Leading Ladies Of 2016

Of all the lists we do at the end of the year, this is the one that gets me the most hate mail, which is weird because it's 100% subjective. You really going to argue with me over who I think is hot? Contrary to those who feel the need to slam me for this every year, what I think is "hot" has a little more to do than just looks.  Oftentimes it's attitude that wins me over, like Imogen Poots in Green Room or Janelle Monae in Moonlight. I dig tough women, what can I say?

This year brings another amazing group of sexy, strong, incredibly talented ladies starring in movies that dominated 2016. Of course two of my personal favorites found their way in, Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Greta Gerwig, while there are a lot of first-timers who made a heck of an impression. And it may be that we can start counting on at least one Star Wars actress to be on here every year, which warms my geek heart like a Tauntaun on the planet Hoth. Although I'm sad that Carey Mulligan didn't do anything this year. This list feels empty without her.

Oh, and I cheated on some of these. I just couldn't decide. Sue me.

So check out my list of the hottest leading ladies of 2016, and follow all of our end-of-the-year coverage here! More to come later this week!
