We're happy to offer our DC readers the chance to attend a free advance screening of War Dogs, directed by Todd Phillips (The Hangover trilogy) and starring Jonah Hill and Miles Teller.
SYNOPSIS: Based on a true story, the film follows two friends in their early 20s (Hill and Teller) living in Miami during the Iraq War who exploit a little-known government initiative that allows small businesses to bid on U.S. Military contracts. Starting small, they begin raking in big money and are living the high life. But the pair gets in over their heads when they land a $300 million deal to arm the Afghan Military—a deal that puts them in business with some very shady people, not the least of which turns out to be the U.S. Government.
The screening takes place on Monday, August 15th at 7:00pm at AMC Mazza Gallerie. If you'd like to attend, visit the Warner Bros. ticketing site here and download one Admit-Two pass. Please remember that having passes does not guarantee entry and you will need to arrive early to ensure receiving a seat. Enjoy the show!
War Dogs opens August 19th.
