Last night in select cities fans had a chance to check out the R-Rated Ultimate Cut of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Today that version was released digitally (you can get it here), and along with it came this piece of concept art for Justice League featuring the entire cast.
The image [via Comingsoon.net] shows Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Ezra Miller as The Flash, and Henry Cavill as Superman who apparently will be in the film despite the events of 'Batman v Superman'. Not that any of us thought he'd stay that way, but here is confirmation in case there was any doubt.
Meanwhile, Tom Holkenborg aka Junkie XL has been confirmed [via Film Music Reporter] to provide the film's score, just as he did for 'Batman v Superman' and Marvel's Deadpool. So he's been keeping busy, and obviously he knows the kind of beats Zack Snyder likes when he's having superheroes level entire cities.
Justice League opens November 10th 2017. Check out the synopsis below.
Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
