"Remembering everything doesn't mean you know everything."
After struggling with his memory for two movies, super spy Jason Bourne finally remembered everything that had happened to him, just as The Bourne Ultimatum was drawing his story to a close. And for a while it seemed like that was the last we'd see of Bourne, and if that was the case it was the perfect way to wrap up all of the loose ends. But time, an underwhelming spinoff in The Bourne Legacy, and money changes a lot of things, and now Bourne returns in the appropriately titled Jason Bourne, and it appears that having his memory back comes with some consequences.
Matt Damon is back with Paul Greengrass behind the camera once more for a story that we don't know much about, honestly. We do know it takes place 10 years later and finds Bourne in a post-Snowden world he may not fully recognize. It also appears that Treadstone is back in some way, due to the presence of returning castmembers Julia Stiles, Joan Allen, and Scott Shepherd. There's also a new CIA team on his tail played by Tommy Lee Jones, Riz Ahmed, Vincent Cassel, and Oscar winner Alicia Vikander.
Jason Bourne opens July 29th.
