'Kong: Skull Island' Reveals First Look Featurette With Brie Larson And Tom Hiddleston

Tentpoles and franchises are the name of the game at Warner Bros., now more than ever, and while their DCU films get all of the attention, they've also got Hollywood's biggest movie monsters. In a few years we'll see King Kong and Godzilla smash everything in sight in Godzilla vs. Kong, but the monster mash will be preceded by next year's Kong: Skull Island, and now we're being offered a first look at it in a new featurette.

The cast for this one was already impressive, but in light of Brie Larson's Oscar win for Room it's now even more so. She's joined by Tom Hiddleston, Samuel L. Jackson, Jason Mitchell, John Goodman, Corey Hawkins, Toby Kebbell, Shea Whigham, Jing Tian, and John Ortiz in the film about a group of explorers and soldiers on the mysterious island of King Kong's origin. Leading the adventure is Jordan Vogt-Roberts, who had his big break with The Kings of Summer.

Kong: Skull Island opens March 10th 2017.
