Four new clips from Sundance hit 'The Kings of Summer'

Unique. Distinctive. Refreshing. Hilarious. All words that have been used to describe Jordan Vogt-Roberts' coming of age comedy, The Kings of Summer, and all of them certainly apply. The film has been riding a steady stream of buzz ever since it premiered at Sundance, and as CBS Films has begun screening it to audiences, that momentum looks to carry on well into the summer.

Four new clips have been released which give you a sense of the film's quirky, heartfelt flavor. Nick Robinson, Gabriel Basso, and Moises Arias plays three friends who grow tired of living under their parents' roof, and strike out on their own into the forest where they build a makeshift home and live off the land. Wild hunting expeditions, trips to Boston Market, and adventurous exploration abounds as they learn to become men over one incredible summer. Nick Offerman, Alison Brie, and Megan Mullally co-star, and their veteran comedic presence definitely gives the film a different texture. Some of the scenes between Offerman and Robinson are as powerful as anything you'll see all season.

The Kings of Summer opens on May 31st, so go check it out before you splurge on Now You See Me and After Earth. Thanks to Collider for bundling these clips together.
