New posters for Ethan Hawke's 'Sinister' & 'Nature Calls' with Patton Oswalt
We've got a couple of new posters for two movies that don't have the slightest thing in common. So let's just get right to it....
The first poster is for Scott Derrickson's upcoming horror, Sinister, which just recently saw its release date get knocked back to October 12th. Ethan Hawke stars as a true crime novelist who moves his family into a new home, only to discover a box of videos of the home's previous occupants, all of whom were murdered. Vincent D'onofrio, Fred "Ambien" Thompson, Juliet Rylance, and James Ransone, with Derrickson and C. Robert Cargill providing the script.
And we also have the new poster for Nature Calls, a new camp comedy that unfortunately also marks the final film of comedian Patrice O'Neal, who died suddenly of a heart attack last year. The film is a satirical slam on the Boy Scouts, and some are describing the tone as similar to Meatballs. Patton Oswalt plays Scoutmaster Randy Stevens who takes his troop of apathetic scouts on an unauthorized camping trip, only to be pursued by his brother and his cronies. Johnny Knoxville, Rob Riggle, Maura Tierney, and Darrell Hammond co-star, with Todd Rahal directing. Nature Calls hits VOD October 4th, with a theatrical release targeted for November 9th.
